In the meantime, one of my personal favorites, ELS, is now in version 8 and also getting even better. With the newest version (as of date of post), LCPDFR 1.0b, controls have been massively simplified to make the user experience far simpler. Since I have gone inactive in updating this guide, much work has been done to LCPDFR to enhance it. I have began modding my own copy of GTA IV again and realized myself how much the controls for some of these things have changed. The guide has been updated today! Things were a little outdated and I have recognized this in recent months.
